History
CV&A was founded in 2003.
The company started up with a clientele composed predominantly of listed companies, both Portuguese and international.
From the outset, CV&A has recorded regular and sustained growth, and now enjoys a unique position in the Portuguese market, combining expertise in the fields of investor and analyst relations with its capabilities in media relations, whilst at the same time establishing itself as one of the market's leading information providers or brokers.
From 2005 onwards, CV&A has consolidated its position in Spain and Brazil.
In 2008, CV&A started to expand into international markets, setting up a presence in Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
Member of an international network of independent financial communication firms - the Global Financial Communication Network (GFC Net) - and with a best friends agreement with the world's largest financial and corporate communication company - FD, with offices in more than a hundred countries - CV&A now provides its services in the leading financial marketplaces around the world, either directly or through its associates.
CV&A has also teamed up with WORLDCOM Public Relations Group, the world’s leading partnership of independently owned public relations counseling firms with 107 partners worldwide who collectively serve national, international and multi-national clients in 93 markets across five continents.
Clients of partner firms have on-demand access to PR experts worldwide, and the confidence that, as their company develops more complex communication needs or expands into new markets, their business will be taken care of cost-efficiently and effectively, through Worldcom partners - always led by the firm that has earned their trust.
